How Fast Can a Strip Mall Be Turned Into a FEMA Camp?
In response to yesterday’s article which demonstrated how many malls are being constructed with guard towers, I received the following response:
“Following this report, Herb Lane followed up with some very disturbing information about this development. In Herb’s photos, they clearly show guard towers. Unfortunately, his photos could neither be “print screened” or converted to a JPEG, and as such, cannot be reproduced here” HOW CONVENIENT!
After reading today’s article, this gentleman will have absolutely no trouble understanding just how grave the situation is. Not only will this individual come to appreciate the danger that we are under with these developments and the roll out of Jade Helm, he will also learn how quickly a strip mall can be converted to a FEMA camp.

Yesterday, I put out a request for Southern Arizona residents to investigate the construction of a new, suspicious mall which was being constructed with guard towers like so many other shopping centers and strip malls in Canada, the UK and the U.S.
Brian Nelson was among several people who descended upon the mall to bring the members of “Sheeple Nation” the truth about what plans the globalists have in store for millions of Americans.

This was enough to establish the fact that this “new mall”, located in Marana, Arizona and is owned by Simon Properties, who has an agreement with DHS, to turn their facilities into detention centers in times of national emergency, is being constructed with guard towers.
This was followed up with an email and a stunning picture sent to The Common Sense Show by John O’Hara from the Tucson area.

Dave,I was able to take a few pictures of the Marana Mall on Twin Peaks Rd. off of I-10. It is still under construction and very difficult to take pictures being that there isn’t a good place to park so I did my best. One of the pictures shows the railroad track running along side of the mall. I always felt this mall to be a bit eerie. Now I know why!Julie

I have contributions from 27 other Tucson/Marana residents that were sent to me since yesterday. I could go on and on, but I think the readers get the idea. One naysayers wrote to me yesterday and said this was just an isolated phenomena. Give the fact that I have published very similar photos in the past few days, and they were obviously missed/ignored, I will address this issue one more time.

I was shocked at how many towers there are with this new mall. My husband said the towers are just popular right now… Right!? And for the wrong reason I told him. At this point of construction, if I didn’t know it was going to be a mall I don’t think I would have guessed it from the looks of it.
The location is (conveniently) just off I-75 and approximately 25 minutes north of Tampa. (Tampa is home to MacDill AFB which is where CENTCOM and SOCOM are located!) Keeping my eyes open in Central Florida for you.
For business reasons, this prominent business person asked to be only referred to as “Anonymous in Tampa”. Here is their revealing picture?

I asked my friend if he knew that American citizens for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever could be detained under the NDAA and sent to a FEMA Camp? He said that the government would never use this law against American citizens.

The following KBR memo and email clearly shows that any structure can ve converted into a FEMA camp complete with all the requisite fencing within 48-72 hours.
I showed my asleep friend a leaked document in which KBR was telling its subcontractors to be prepared within 72 hours of notification to provide essential services to FEMA camps such as the installation of barbwire, blockades, personnel, food, water and sanitation services. I published this notice three years ago and one of my readers, Richard Firth, forwarded an email he sent to the document’s listed KBR official, Bob Seifert, and asked him for an explanation which could justify the fact that KBR document was informing subcontractors to get ready to man the camps. Surely, I thought this would convince my friend. Below is the email exchange between Wirth and Siefert.

Thank you for asking about the truth concerning our search for subcontractors. First, KBR is not a subsidiary of Halliburton, and hasn’t been since April of 2007. KBR intends to respond to an upcoming Request for Proposal. FEMA is looking for companies that can set up temporary camps to house First Responders to natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, floods, etc. The services included in the KBR request for information are ones we cannot provide ourselves and will need companies who can react quickly enough to meet the FEMA goal of having a place for their responders to stay within 72 hours of a call up. The camps will be temporary in nature, and nothing is being “activated”. FEMA is trying to be proactive in preparing for timely responses if emergency responses are required. I hope this answers your question.

To summarize, KBR’s Siefert asserts that (1) the camps are temporary; (2) the camps are only being constructed for first responders who will be used in anticipated future natural disasters; and (3) the existing FEMA camps are not being activated. Why is the fencing always facing in so as to keep people in if these camps are only for volunteers?
Often in life, there is the stated reason for performing some action and then there is the real reason. Below are some key provisions which are part of the impetus for activating the FEMA camps which are contained in the Siefert KBR memo.
“The Continental US will be broken up into five regions as indicated in the map below Services” will be required in each State within each region.” (Author’s note) Interestingly, the South was also broken up into five military districts during the military occupation of the South during the Reconstruction Era following the Civil War.
“(Contractors will) Establish services listed below within 72 hours for initial set-up and respond within 24 hours for incremental services. This is a CONTINGENCY PROJECT and it should be stressed that lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature of emergency responses. Subcontractors must be flexible and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities in an emergency environment.”
Additionally, the KBR Siefert memo disturbingly calls for the installation of fencing and wire used for large scale detention of prisoners.
“Subcontractors will mobilize, transport, erect, install and demobilize temporary fencing, barricades, and associated equipment according to federal, state and local laws, codes and manufacturer installation instructions. The Subcontractor shall be able to mobilize and deploy key personnel(s) within four (4) hours of NTP to meet with KBR Site Manager at the Responder Support Camp (RSC) site in order to finalize the Thsite design plan and acquire site specific design requirements and layout. Number of linear footage:
“Approximately 2,300LF for a 301 person camp after 36 hours of NTP”
“Approximately 3,600LF for 1,000 person camp after 72 hours of NTP”
This sounds like FEMA Camp activation to me.
Through KBR, FEMA has ability to construct this kind of fencing around any mall in 48-72 hours of notification of the need. Malls and stadiums can be converted quickly.
Anytime, anywhere in two to three days.
If you attend sporting events, you are already being converted to accept FEMA camp detention

When a reasonable person compares Siefert’s original memo to his response to Mr. Firth’s inquiry, the latter is clearly a poorly and hastily orchestrated version of damage control because his original
leaked memo was never meant to see the light of day. The KBR memo called for barricades, barbwire, food, water, sanitation, guards, etc. This is the material that prisons are made of, not temporary housing for first responders as Seifert alleges. Hastily staffed FEMA camp personnel would also fit the definition of first responders in the advent of widespread civil insurrection following something like a massive false flag or a looming currency collapse.
The indisputable fact is that many strip malls are being converted to makeshift FEMA camps that can ready for occupation within three days. I confess, as will many of my colleagues, I have never had such a feeling of foreboding. Something very bad is about to happen, I can feel it in my bones.
Oh, please, why would they require contractors to follow local,State & Federal laws & the manufacturers’ installation instructions for temporary fencing if they are actually ‘FEMA death camps’ ?
And with all the lunatics out there just itching to ‘start a revolution’, which they would assuredly lose, I’d say it is a good idea to have refugee/detention camps.
After hurricane Andrew in Florida years ago, all kinds of scumbags flooded into the area to rip off everything from truckloads of food, supplies, to heavy construction equipment, I recall they were arresting so many they were running out of jailspace, & subsequently over 9500 people (dirtbags, criminals) were convicted of various crimes.

The conditioning of the sheep goes even further than this article is covering. For awhile now, I’ve been taking notice of those attending sporting events wearing SOLID COLORED SHIRTS with brainwashing phrases splattered across the front & back.
With TSA doing unconstitutional searches at these events + now with the addition of these solid colored brainwashing tshirts. It’s downright creepy. I refuse to engage in any activity or attend any event that requires that I allow myself to be detained and searched. I will not give up my rights simply to fly in an airplane, to enter a local-state-federal building, travel on a road, nor to attend an event for NONE of these activities are a de facto suspicion of criminal wrong on my part. Sorry but no.
IMO, it is truly sad that so many people are willing to do so AND help in destroying freedom and liberty for all by making it easier and possible for everyone else to be subject to the same. If all people refused to fly, visit or attend these places & events, these unconstitutional searches would cease to be b/c the ‘powers that be’ would have a stake driven right through their greedy myopic brains when their need for power over others is diminished and their pocketbooks and wallets are smaller.

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was a classified “scenario and drill” developed by the United States federal government to suspend the United States Constitution, declare martial law, place military commanders in charge of state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens who are deemed to be “national security threats”, in the event that the President declares a “State of National Emergency”.
In 1988, I new of this in Beech Grove IN. They were converting an old Amtrak train station into SOMEthing. They concrete blocked the large overhead doors. The high fences at the time had the barbed wire facing in, per a friend who would deliver pizzas to the workers. They told me they had turn styles you could go in but not out, with fencing on both sides. Another friend was hired to plumb 6” main gas lines: he said no way did they need those unless they were gonna burn a lot of gas. Can you say furnaces???, train tracks in and out. There are videos on you tube you can look up. After a big stir on line and videos, they took down the fema signs and turned around the bobbed wire.
The facility is still there.
After the crash in 08 and billions were being spent by the wolves, fema buys up Eastgate shopping mall at Shadeland and Washington street’s in Indianapolis, IN. It is almost done. The old mall was unique because it had a full basement. They surrounded it with concrete dividers.
I had several people tell me in the last few years they were hearing grinding and rumblings on the southeast side of Indy. So many people raised a stink they actually put on the local news with photos, that they were boring a 42′ tunnel to Beach Grove, IN, to the AMTRAK train station with 2 sets of tracks, for what?!?!?!?!?! 4.8 miles.
Recently I was personaly told by someone who was contracted to re roof the mall at Shadeland, that they had turrets on top of the mall. A couple of days ago another friend told me that he drove by and they had just surrounded the whole place with solar panels. They are getting ready…….and I wont even tell you what all this is for. These are everywhere. Indianapolis is known as the crossroads of America. This facility is planned for a lot of “busy-ness”. Major cities are not where you want to be. Good luck to all.

The ariel shot shows me something that I find quite weird, along with the towers being so obvious, there is another obvious thing, and that is the amount of parking, and the way the parking is laid out, does not appear to be in the best interest of the customer, more like different parking areas none of which would support high volume.
