An Illinois man claims he was twice racially harassed by Montgomery County
officers.
George Taylor toldCBS Chicagothat two Montgomery County investigators were caught on video harassing him during the first incident.
Taylor says the same officers who menaced him in 2009 are responsible for the second incident as well.
“Same police department, same officers,” Taylor told reporter Dave Savini.. source
