ORDER OF PROTECTION

NOTICE: YOUR WILLFUL FAILURE TO OBEY THIS ORDER WILL
SUBJECT YOU TO MANDATORY ARREST AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION, WHICH CAN RESULT IN YOUR INCARCERATION FOR UP TO TWENTY YEARS.
