The judge is a clear racist.
He needs to be removed from the bench.
But, the hate he fills for white people will most likely never be removed from his heart.
Or, could it just be the judge is too STUPID to know if a CLOWN had terrorized a toddler, the child would be afraid of CLOWNS.
