FEMA Camps…Operations Established!!!
Another piece of the puzzle.
Exactly who is going to operate these FEMA Camps? Many have argued Homeland Security employees, armed forces or even foreign troops empowered by the U.N. to provide assistance to the U.S. during some crisis resulting in martial law.
We already have private companies operating in the U.S. performing this exact function. There are approximately 18 corporations, the two largest, Correctional Corporation of America and Wackenhut, control 75% of this market.
These are private, for profit corporations that have been very successful at taking over prison/detention facilities throughout the country and operating them for the states.
Currently they own and operate numerous facilities, which we as tax payers fund on an agreed occupancy rate of 90% incarceration rate.
They have been practicing and learning over the past decade how to operate these facilities, control the population and to do so at a profit.
We as tax payers have been funding our own “controllers/jailors” that will be required to operate these FEMA camps.
They have not been idle. They have expanded their expertise through other companies such as prisoner transportation services, correction and re-entry facilities. Also they have had to gain expertise in many inter related fields such as medical, food services and supply, uniforms ect.
There has also been a significant evolution over the ability to communicate as well. More experimentation, and fine tunning. Only permitting visitation through video conferencing, since no unauthorized person will be able to enter the FEMA camps. This is already in place utlizing a service provided by Securus Technologies, which charges $1 a minute for this privilege.
If one ends up in a FEMA Camp, then ensure that there is someone on the outside to help pay for the basic necessities of life! It is going to be expensive, very expensive!!!
