InfraGard & Regional Data Fusion Centers: COINTELPRO is Destroying Innocent Americans
InfraGard and DHS personnel working out of Regional Data Fusion Centers are targeting innocent Americans through a vicious and abusive program. Decisions are made via some type of Star Chamber procedure in which Americans who are not provided any due process are selected as part of a Post 9/11 COINTEL Program for monitoring by an amalgamation of federal agencies and partnerships with the private sector.
Targeted Americans are quietly put on notice as their professions, families, revenue and reputations are destroyed by a shadow security alliance operating in secrecy. It also facilitates an increase in federal police power while simultaneously keeping budgets plump due to the domestic “threats” which “necessitate” monitoring.
But there is no oversight for these operations. Data Fusion Centers are running StingRay devices in combination with intrusive, dissident-targeting software called FinFisher, or another similar software suite made by a Maryland-Milan-based company referred to as HackingTeam SL.
DHS employees (including “Surveillance Role Players”), InfraGard and InfraGard’s civilian hirees (informants), armed with the Personally Identifying Information (PII) of innocent American citizens (in many cases stolen warantlessly from communications by Data Fusion Center personnel) combined with slanderous disinformation, circulate through neighborhoods and commercial locations which the targets frequent, label them as a “national security threats,” and then isolate them utilizing their PII, disinformation – and fear generated through false accusations.
This is referred to as “Soft Kill” in English and Zersetzung by the former East German Stasi. This widespread activity is used as the mechanism of control over domestic “threats.” This “program” provides plausible deniability for the federal agencies who are funding the operation, facilitating abuse of power and civil rights violations.
All of the “potential domestic threat’s” familiars are illegally harvested from his/her phone calls and on-line communications. Then those people are contacted by the (Data Fusion Center-based) DHS-InfraGard-FBI consortium and told that the “target” is under investigation, is a threat to national security, and should be avoided at all costs.
Subsequently, disinformation (usually accusations of crimes of moral turpitude and/or, violence) is also included as “icing on the cake,” to seal the “target’s” social and professional fate as his/her reputation is totally destroyed and they become isolated as a result of the illegal targeting process.
COINTELPRO is here again people. It is more vicious than the program revealed by the Church Committee in the 1970′s and is being coordinated through Regional Data Fusion Centers. It is a DOJ-funded program and the FBI uses InfraGard as a front for this highly illegal operation, which constitutes RICO Act violations.
What many people refer to as “Gang STalking” (which is a disinformation term) is really COINTELPRO described by people on the street level who have no idea that they are targets of government-funded operation. Job offers for street-level stalking and harassment jobs are hidden in plain view. Google “Surveillance Role Players,” and you will see how prolific the illegal Private Security Profiteering activity really is.
