Reporter Jailed For Making FOIA Request
In a demonstration of how many constitutional rights we have lost, a Georgia reporter and his attorney have been jailed for making FOIA requests in relation to allegations on the part of possible corruption on the part of Superior Court judge Brenda Weaver. Weaver is a participant in the alleged criminal activity that she ruled on.
