Affidavit Pertaining to Linda A. Campbell
Affidavit of Truth
(As it pertains to Linda A. Campbell)
I Affirm:
I, Denderah Cherokee Washitaw Brothers El, do not have a birth certificate, I do not participate in any state social security program. I am not a resident, addressee, citizen, subject, vessel, person or any legis artificial entity, joinder of parties, legal fiction or juristic personality. I am Stateless since 2011 (see: American Relinquish IMPLIED U.S. Citizenship to Save Lives).
Therefore I state the following matter as it pertains to Linda A. Campbell is True and Correct.
• Linda A. Campbell was entrusted with two children. The relationships with both are estranged and distant.
• The events which lead to Linda taking me into her care as a baby are unclear. However she has confessed many times she feels no material connection to me.
• As an infant I was given to her sister to rise. Subsequently I was moved around to other members of her family until the age of 5. [Note: It was recently confirmed (I heard this in the pass from others) that Linda took me from her sister only after receiving a large insurance settlement from an accident. I have one witness who told me I was also in the accident.]
• At a young age I helped raise my sibling. I picked up my sibling from school, shopped for groceries and prepared our meals. Linda was often times absent, particularly during the evening hours.
• I started my work career early and as a teen begin working in corporate jobs. [Note: As of to date, I have worked with many industry leading Fortune 500 Companies and Corporations. From Investment Banking Firms, Advertising Agencies, Law Firms and Pharmaceutical Companies].
• Linda has received social benefits throughout her life, and has worked in neighborhood bars for over 30 years.
• Linda begin using the social security number 116-56-8427 which was assigned to the name on the birth certificate DEONDREA D. BROTHERS to open consumer accounts in the 1980’s.
• During the late 1980’s Linda had to payback Medicaid for fraud.
• In the early 1990’s I begin to travel to Europe and my sibling lift for the military.
• When we returned we discovered Linda had moved. I was told to sleep at the old apartment which was abandoned with no lights, nor heat. She allowed me come to her new apartment once a week to iron my clothes and cook.
• When conditions became too horrendous at the abandoned apartment. Linda let me sleep on the floor of her new apartment. Linda worked at night, and since I worked during the day and traveled for months at a time to Europe, we rarely saw each other.
• During this time I was referred to as her cousin. Many times I had to take my coat, clothes and shoes and dress in the stairwell when her male friends came to visit. I was asked in front of her, “Why is your cousin always here?” Linda does not publicly acknowledge me as a daughter unless it is for financial gain.
• In 2004 I took Buddhist Precepts and a year later moved to the West Coast to begin practicing at a Taiwanese Temple.
• In 2010 I discovered she was the beneficiary to an insurance policy for the name on the birth certificate DEONDREA D. BROTHERS. When I asked her about it she could not explain the reason behind it but became very irate. She threw the glass bottle she had in her hand and attacked me.
• In 2011 I moved to Europe, changed my name and became Stateless. During this period I had very little contact with Linda. While in Europe I begin research and investigation into world history.
• On June 24, 2015 I was taken by JFK police to Jamaica Hospital, they said I was loitering. [Please see April 25, 2015 letter to United Nations regarding Human Trafficking].
• Within days of being taken to Jamaica Hospital Linda arrived. I knew a financial opportunity must have presented itself based on her behavior. She was crying and pretending to be a concerned parent.
• When Dr. Sheth of Jamaica Hospital asked Linda if she would take me home without taking their pharmaceutical drugs. She shrugged her shoulders threw her hands in the air and said, “I just leave it up to god.” This is after it was noted I did not have any prior history of mental instabilities. I later learnt Linda was collecting money from people on her job to visit her daughter at the hospital.
• In light of past history, I immediately informed doctors, nurses and all staff at Jamaica Hospital that Linda Campbell did not have power of attorney. Hospital staff was given a copy of the 2013 Stateless Court Order from Oslo, Norway; and a copy of the Revoke of Powers of Attorney letter (from the Stateless Affidavit) which was given to the U.S. Embassy in Norway in 2011.
• While I was being held against my will at Jamaica Hospital Linda told me she was meeting with the discharge nurse and the discharge papers are on her desk. I was told this for weeks. I was held there for 2 months.
• Linda Campbell, Dr. Sheth and Hospital Staff were all given full notice (Court documents) of my legal name change and stateless status. They were also given full knowledge (with pictures) of my religious practices and vows as a 10 year Buddhist practitioner who does not take pharmaceutical drugs.
[Note: The day the Joint Commission of Hospital Accreditation visited Jamaica hospital, the Know Your Rights booklet was given out. I was then able to contact people to get myself out of the hospital. It was only once an investigation was opened and field agents begin to call and visit the hospital that I was finally released on August 28, 2015.]
• In Sept. 2015 I learned Linda had an appointment with the IRS.
• I went to see Linda to conduct my own research into her involvement at Jamaica Hospital and the nature of her meeting with government agencies. During this period I slept on the floor.
• I discovered internal patient hospital records that contained hand-written notes from nurses, doctors. Countless old w-2 forms for the 116-56-8427 social security number. A business card from Rosa Rosas, a financial Investigator with Jamaica Hospital and a request to the Vital Records office of Florida for a birth certificate for the name DEONREA D. BROTHERS and scanned photos. A notice from the social security administration for SSI benefits increase.

Conclusion Linda A. Campbell and hospital staff was attempting to overturn my stateless status by saying I was mentally incompetent.
Thus it is imperative I publicly declare the following:
I, Denderah Cherokee Washitaw Brothers El (or any other misnomer used by state citizens to detain), do not have any further contact with Linda A. Campbell. (see note below)
Linda A. Campbell’s actions and participation with Jamaica Hospital, Dr. Sheth and government agents to detain me under a false name, false allegations and by physical assaults from hospital staff (i.e. forcibly holding me down and giving me injections. Threats to call security if I did not take their “meds”.) These actions were done in an attempt to overturn my stateless status and force me to participate in their system.
The actions listed above were calculating and dangerous to my well-being. All contact with Linda A. Campbell must be avoided for my safety and no further contact should be made.
I hereby declare the above to be Truth, True and Correct. Decreed on February 26, 2016 From Beginningless Time.
Update and Important Note:
[September 22, 2016 [End Time] U.S. agents and state officials have made it increasingly difficult for me to conduct this historical research. They use their citizens in a disinformation campaign to prevent knowledge of my research from being in the public domain. Some U.S. citizens working on behalf of their government have refused me a place to sleep, business barter arrangements (i.e. helping them in their place of business), as well as interviews.
A Global Network
We are seeing the end of a falling society and because their collapse is eminent they have used a multitude of methods to dissuade, The People from taking back their inherent rights to this land.Currently I find myself in a precarious situation. As I am out of their system my family is told not to give me a place to stay. The only person this government gives access to (i.e. phone calls go through) is Linda A. Campbell.
Why?
Linda A. Campbell who works for the police and these black budget operations has told lies about me to family members and others who were looking to give me a place to sleep. She has told them I do not want to work and does not know why I was traveling this past Spring and Summer, attempting to make it sound menacing (details to which are all provided on this website in the comment section).
These are lies to prevent others from helping in my research (which consists of True Documented History) and to force me to participate in their monetary system by not bartering business arrangements – which I have become accustom to doing.
Since I do not have any agreements or contracts (Drivers License, Passport, Voters Registration (DO NOT VOTE!), Benefits, Library card, etc.) Linda A. Campbell is given money by these Black Budget operations to get me sleeping arrangements. To remove any implied agreement I bartered to do her data-entry for sleeping arrangements. This arrangement was from Sept. 22 -Oct. 23rd.
This same sort of arrangement can be made with those of like mind, consciousness and vibration – bedroom, apartment or house in exchange for volunteering and offering your skills. .
