16 AM Jur 2d (Volume 16 American Jurisprudence, second series) section 177 on Constitutional Law, which states:
“The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it, an unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.
“Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it . . . ‘No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.’ ”
That may be the ruling, but how often has that worked in practice lately? They only pay attention to the constitution or court rulings when it serves their interests.
Your do want to be hung publicly don’t you Government? And by the way yes please do repeal Obama care and the price gouging will stop. Government theft will go down. And by the way, start prosecuting in court these assisted geriatric (suicides) in in health care providers facilities, that includes the opium drip. Go after big pharma and make them remove all medicines that do not work or, make people take other medicines or, cause side affects worst than the medical problem. Remove all special protections from Monsanto and companies like it. Take all carcinogenic materials out of the food chain. Prosecute all major polluters of the air, water, and land. Maybe you should wake up first and get a clue what’s happening first before attempting to mislead the people.
If you are a U.S. citizen, you abandoned the constitutional republican form of government and entered into a legislative Democracy. These are two different political systems.

Again, you’re assuming they actually adhere to the premises of your arguments—which they obviously don’t. It really doesn’t matter what the laws state at this point. What matters is that they’re prepared to enforce their whims at gun point, regardless of whether they’re constitutional or lawful.
Agree with all 3 commenters above. My gripe is Dave Hodges consistently spews ASS UMPTIONS. He gives no evidence, provides no ruling within a law, quotes nothing….but pushes rumors and others assumptions. Those like Alex Jones enable fear…hardly someone to consider for fact finding value…or even mention. If Dave actually wanted to learn he would go to the Millennial Reports and spend two days reading. Also Judge Anna Von Reitz and spend three days reading. As for Hagmann….empty words, only rumors he has gotten from others. Those like Carl Gallop or Joe Arpaio knowing the truth wont tell the public which ticks me off.
