Considering that on average, statistically most liberals are points ahead of most conservatives on IQ scores, your snide remark that even liberals will able to understand the cartoon is out of context with reality.
On another note, two of the biggest entitlements of all that overshadow all other entitlements are the military and corporate entitlements. From what I have read and observed, those entitlements are strongly supported by conservatives. Of course, those will have to be greatly reduced to balance the budget. Do you think even conservatives can understand this fact, and the cartoon?
