The situation in Algeria has caused British Prime Minister David Cameron to indefinitely postpone his much-anticipated speech on the UK’s status within the EU. Excerpts released from the statement say there’s a danger that Europe will fail and that there’s a looming possibility of Britain leaving the bloc – unless reforms are carried out.
