Cops Say Man Busted Face From Fall, Video Tells A Different Story (Video And Pictures)
(N.Morgan) More lies from sadistic, abusive, police. The police officers involved in this case of police brutality, blatantly lied and said that Jerry Dean Payne Jr. fell, during the arrest, when the video clearly shows the cop kicking Mr. Payne in the face.
Dash-cam footage of a DUI stop in Miami, Oklahoma shows a police officer run up to a subdued man and kick him in the face like he was punting a football.
The footage contradicts a police report stating the victim, Jerry Dean Payne Jr., 36, had his face scratched due to the police taking him to the ground. Additionally, the report stated Payne “immediately got out of his truck,” but the video shows he remained in his car and a police officer tore him out of it.

After punting Payne in the face, the police charged him with ‘driving under the influence,’ ‘driving under suspension,’ and ‘obstructing a police officer.’
All charges were dropped after the dash-cam footage was released. The police officers involved are all on paid leave while the police “investigate,” none of them have been suspended.
“Dash cam is the only thing that’s going to try to set the record straight,” Payne’s attorney, Josh Lee told NewsOn6.
“I am such a believer in them because of things like this, and because I think the public has to know what their government is doing.”
Lee is trying to have the officers charged for perjury and assault and battery.
The police are paid to protect and serve,not abuse and punish. Why are we still allowing these sort of tactics to slide? When will the higher ups in these precincts begin to weed out these sickos?

This has to stop. It has to stop now. To many people getting killed and beat to death and injured why dont the cops realize they are on our side. They are just being trained under a very sick system that paints your average citizen as an enemy. When the cops take off there uniforms they are average just like us. And they are subject to the same abuse as me or u. When and if we let the nwo get away with what they have planned for us. The cops who helped the nwo implement this crazy nazi style or worse bank cartel governnot that are taking over our country. (Only because we allow them to), are gona be the ultimate target of the chinamen and russian and whoever else they bring in to mop up the resistance the cops are gona be even in worse shape than the people who they are abusing. Look, we are all American brothers an sisters. If we let the banks get away with this we are gona suffer worse than you can imagine. And it will start on the street with the beat cop making a choice to follow or lead. It is easy to follow and just join in on the mob mentality of lets beat his ass. Its hard to lead and say hey that aint right man you dont kick your brother in the face when he is subdued. Who do you think god would reward in this case? The follower or the leader?
