Donetsk militia: We couldn’t have attacked Mariupol, won’t storm city
Anti-government forces in Ukraine say they’ve launched an offensive against army positions near the eastern city of Mariupol – though not planning to storm the city itself. However, the fighters deny accusations by Kiev that they carried out the shelling of a civilian area that reportedly left 30 people dead and dozens more injured.
