Finally: Articles of Impeachment for Barack Hussein Obama Have Been Delivered to Congress
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT HAVE BEEN DRAFTED FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA… BUT HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE THE LAST!
Before I even get into the most recent Articles of Impeachment, It is worth noting that if Congress leveled with the American people, more people would know that technically, Obama CANNOT be Impeached. Factually, it is not a matter of political willpower, but rather a Constitutional IMPOSSIBILITY! In my post titled: CONGRESS NOT NEEDED – ARREST OBAMA FOR IMPERSONATING A PUBLIC OFFICIAL, it says the following:
I never use the word “bastard” because one was born of parents not married. But when it comes to a person who has usurped a public office, e.g., the highest office of our nation, I do. OBAMA IS A BASTARD !!!
NOTE: All children born of parents who are not married are gifts from God and they are to be raised as such. They are not mistakes and punishments, as Obama claims in his argument to murder unborn children.
The fact is that Obama is illegitimate and any attempt to impeach him would be an unlawful attempt to validate his “presidency” — nothing can be done to validate him as “the President,” so he cannot be lawfully impeached … If the House of Representatives UNLAWFULLY IMPEACHESObama, then they will also say that everything Obama has signed is legal. If the House acknowledges that Obama is a USURPER and therefore CANNOT BE IMPEACHED, they will for the first time be formally acknowledging the fact that Obama has USURPED the Office of the President.
NOTE: Congress has been avoiding the word “usurper,” because they knew he was ineligible in 2008 and 2012 when they counted the electoral votes without objecting to his ineligibility. For the members of Congress to come to the conclusion now that Obama is a usurper would be likePUTTING THE ROPE AROUND THEIR OWN NECKS. So, I doubt that they will change direction now. I believe that if they unlawfully try to impeach Obama it will not be for usurpation, but some other reason. They want the American people to think they are working for and representing them, when in fact they are avoiding the fact that Obama is a USURPER and therefore willfully violating our representative form of government. Has anyone here read the articles of impeachment filed by Michelle Bachmann? Is usurpation mentioned in the articles? Probably not.
Our Constitution specifically provides that a president can be impeached. It does NOT provide for the impeachment of a USURPER. Obviously a usurper is NOT a president. Dr. Vieira in Thought Must Precede Action states:
“Although Mr. Obama may have succeeded in gaining physical access to the office-space a legitimate President of the United States occupies in the White House, he never acquired legal access to “the Office of President,” because, not being “a natural born Citizen,” he was never constitutionally eligible, and is not now eligible, for that “Office”. For Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution declares (in pertinent part) that “[n]o Person except a natural born Citizen * * * shall be eligible to the Office of President”. If words have any meaning, a “Person” whom the supreme law of the land declares not to be “eligible to the Office of President” can never “gain access to” that “Office” in the sense of legally holding it or asserting any claim to it.”
Definition of “Office”
“Office” is defined to be a right to exercise a public or private employment, and to take the fees and emoluments thereunto belonging.
NOTE: We know that Obama’s father was never an American citizen, so the evidence proves that Obama is not a natural born Citizen and therefore he does not have the right to be a president of the United States of America. We need go no further to prove that Barack Hussein Obama II was never constitutionally eligible, and is not now eligible for the “Office of the President.”

I agree the entire congress knows about this fraud and all the other treasonous acts and they are all, 100% in on it. In fact OB may not be guilty of treason but espionage it truth. If he is in fact not even an American, then treason like impeachment may not be applicable.

Voice of Reason, I sure wish that I could agree with what you say in your post ’cause, Lord knows, I hate the very ground that pitiful excuse for a man walks on and I honestly believe that the next President has a very difficult decision to make. He will have to decide what to do with the White House.After 8 long years of occupancy by that low life piece of turd and his family the White House will either have to be given a thorough cleaning from top to bottom and then be treated and disinfected from top to bottom, inch-by-inch OR be burnt/torn down and a braned new White House constructed in it’s place, but that’s another stroy and really has nothing to do with this article you posted.
Unfortunatly you are mistaken in your understanding of what constitutes a “natural born citizen” and as much as I would like to agree with you, I can’t. The stone cold fact of the matter is that, under current law, Obama does meet the legal requirements set forth by Congress that determine if someone, anyone can be considered a citizejn of this country.
On the date that Obama was born citizenship in the US was governed by the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. Assuming that Obama’s claim that he was born in Hawaii (and I am NOT saying that I believe that claim), according to the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, Section 305 [8 U.S.C. 1406]:
“…………….. A person born in Hawaii on or after April 30, 1900, is a citizen of the United States at birth……….”
End of argument, but that’s ONLY if he really was born in Hawaii like he claims.
So for argument’s sake, let’s assume that his claim to birth in Hawaii is a bald face lie and he really was born in Kenya as most believe and as the facts seem to support. It still does not matter because he is still a citizen! He qualifies as a citizen at birth under The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, Section 301 [8 U.S.C. 1401], Paragraph g, which so reads: “The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth – a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years: Provided, That any periods of honorable service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or periods of employment with the United States Government or with an international organization as that term is defined in section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (59 Stat. 669; 22 U.S.C. 288) by such citizen parent, or any periods during which such citizen parent is physically present abroad as the dependent unmarried son or daughter and a member of the household of a person (A) honorably serving with the Armed Forces of the United States, or (B) employed by the United States Government or an international organization as defined in section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act, may be included in order to satisfy the physical-presence requirement of this paragraph. This proviso shall be applicable to persons born on or after December 24, 1952, to the same extent as if it had become effective in its present form on that date ”
End of end of argument, as much as I hate to say it, Obama IS a citizen. Whether I like the man or not above all else I believe in being fair and by the law that was put in place by Congress and was still in effect at the time of his birth, he qualifies, fair is fait!
