Howard Dean Claims Terrorists Aren’t Muslims. Maybe He Should Listen to Just Who Disagrees With Him
(IJReview) – Radical Muslim clerics are fighting white, American liberals over the definition of true Islam. Yes, you read that correctly. And yes, it’s the white, American liberals who are claiming the high ground.
RT reports:
“Islamic extremists following a ‘takfiri’ ideology are more offensive to the Prophet Mohammed than Western satirical cartoons, chief of the Lebanese military faction Hezbollah, Hasan Nasrallah, said following the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attack.”
Nasrallah said the following during a speech to mark the birthday of the prophet Mohammed:
“The behavior of the takfiri groups that claim to follow Islam have distorted Islam, the Koran and the Muslim nation more than Islam’s enemies…who insulted the prophet in films…or drew cartoons of the prophet.”
Meanwhile, 2004 Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean said Wednesday on MSNBC that these terrorists are not, in fact, Muslim:
“I stopped calling these people Muslim terrorists. They’re about as Muslim as I am…I mean, they have no respect for anybody else’s life, that’s not what the Koran says. And, you know Europe has an enormous radical problem…”
What does Howard Dean mean by Radical? Radical what? Radical radicals that do radical things? Radical is a defining term, used to narrow the description of someone, or something.
