Journalism school Dean: 1st Amendment ends at insulting Muhammad
(Hotair) — Unusual, not because it’s rare to see an American journalist bowing to Islamic sensibilities on depictions of Mohammed but because typically they don’t go so far as to demand legal limits on their own profession. When the New York Times refuses to run a cartoon goofing on Islam, they don’t want the reason to be government censorship. They prefer to be censored by more sympathetic agents, like violent Muslim radicals.
To be precise here, though, DeWayne Wickham, the dean of Morgan State’s J-school, isn’t demanding a “Mohammed exception” to the First Amendment. He’s demanding an exception for all speech that would make the audience so angry that they might react violently — exactly the sort of slippery slope on censorship that people like you and me worry about when images of Mohammed are suppressed. Actual line from this op-ed, regarding the new cover of Charlie Hebdo: “The once little-known French satirical news weekly crossed the line that separates free speech from toxic talk.”

Do not fear the political spinners and liberal media on this issue. No, not at all. The wise man should actually fear the Atheists who took god out of churches, town halls, public events and general day-to-day life; and then sit silent when their children are made to recite the Koran in school.
See, if they can’t sound off on Islam, then they should absolutely SHUT UP about Protestant beliefs now. Of course, they won’t, because of two reasons. First off, they are merely bullies. They bullied the mealy-mouthed sheeple Christians into a corner, and the Christians let them take their ‘god’ out of all public places. In many instances, the Christians even HELPED THEM do it.
Secondly, and far more importantly, the Atheists are convinced of the lies the Liberals have sold them on Islam. They actually think all they have to do is sit quietly by, let that ‘passive loving Islam’ majority tone down the fundamentalists, and then they won’t have to fight them. This, of course, is totally without justification for the thousand years of Islamic war that is headed our western way.
That’s ok though. I’m good with seeing how America is going to convert to Islam. See, all those Atheists, all those Liberals, need to understand one thing – THESE PEOPLE WILL DIE FOR THEIR RELIGION, and they’ll help YOU DIE for it, too. It may or may not be you, but I guarantee with the speed it is progressing, your children will be made to accept Islam, will be bowing on bent-knee and praying to the East to Allah, in the not too distant future. THIS MEANS YOU TOO, ATHEISTS! The god you won’t bend a knee for now, is about to prove to you just how weak you really are, and how you will bow, whether you want to or not – and he’s going to make you take your Atheism back into the closet, to prove it.
He’s also going to put a gag in those feminist mouths, put them back in the kitchen, barefoot and pregnant.
Good ole boys REJOICE! What Liberals did to ruin this nation (anti-god, anti-guns, anti-man), Islam is about to come and show the KKK just exactly how it is done.
