BREAKING: Obama DEFIES Federal Judge, Makes Massive Move to Destroy the Constitution

Apparently the LAW OF THE LAND means nothing to Obama and his illegal alien loving Democrats and they are going full steam ahead with their agenda to let in millions of illegal Democrat voters to our country.

National Review reports:

While a federal judge’s injunction has halted the implementation of President Obama’s sweeping executive actions from November, it appears U.S. Customs and Border Protection never got the news. According to CBP Commissioner Gil Kerlikowske, the relaxed border enforcement guidelines that accompanied Obama’s executive actions should continue apace, unaffected by the judge’s ruling.

In an email sent to CBP agents on Wednesday and later obtained by NRO, Kerlikowske conceded that the federal judge’s action meant agents “should not consider” Obama’s new and expanded deferred action guidelines when processing illegal immigrants. But border protection and enforcement are apparently a different matter.

Kerlikowske’s email expressed the belief that the judge’s decision has no impact on the border enforcement and protection directives issued at the same time as Obama’s executive actions by Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, and that those directives remain in force.

President Barack Obama has already shown HE DOESN’T RESPECT THE CONSTITUTION, so WHY SHOULD WE EXPECT HIM TO RESPECT A FEDERAL JUDGE?

According to reports, in spite of U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen’s injunction halting the president’s executive action granting amnesty, the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IS GOING AHEAD ANYWAY. Because, you know, why the heck not?

The administration is apparently moving ahead with a key part of the plan, with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announcing the extension of a work visa program that allows the spouses of some visa holders to obtain working papers.

“Allowing the spouses of these visa holders to legally work in the United States makes perfect sense,” the Washington Times quotes agency head Leon Rodriguez as saying.

“It helps U.S. businesses keep their highly skilled workers by increasing the chances these workers will choose to stay in this country during the transition from temporary workers to permanent residents.”

Of course, if this actually dealt with highly-skilled workers, said workers could have obtained H-1B visas long before they even set foot in the United States.

Mr. Rodriguez actually wants you to believe that software engineers are jumping the border fence in Mexico and bringing their rocket-scientists wives all the way up to Silicon Valley, where they’ll get illegal employment programming widgets for Google.

 

AND THIS IS WORTH COMPLETELY DISREGARDING THE LAW?

That’s not the only way PRESIDENT OBAMA IS PLANNING TO SUBVERT THE JUDGE’S ORDER! According to our new favorite demagogue, Rep. Luis Gutierrez, Obama could be planning a modified implementation of the plan.

The Illinois Democrat laid out the genius scheme, which involves applying the plan in the 24 states that haven’t signed on to the Texas-led lawsuit which resulted in the injunction.

And according to conservative group Judicial Watch, the Obama administration is acting as if the court ruling changed nothing.

“JW’s government source confirms that, even after the court ruling, DHS is moving forward with its plan to seal large contracts with companies that will process millions of illegal immigrants as soon as possible,” Judicial Watch said in a release (H/T WND).

This should prove to anyone who still supports the president that, beyond a shadow of a doubt, he doesn’t care about the laws or the people of this country.

The idea that he can bypass a federal injunction by only implementing his proposal in the states that didn’t sue breaks new grounds for shameless legal maneuvering which defies all precedent.

And the idea that it’s necessary to go ahead with parts of the plan so that U.S. firms can keep “highly skilled” workers requires a degree of blindness and credulity that defies the imagination.

 

IT’S TIME WE IMPEACH OBAMA FOR HIS DISREGARD OF THE LAWS OF THIS NATION!

      BLACK OPS PROGRAM? Why in Gods name doesn’t one person in power organize ONE Black Ops Program to wipe this guy out. We all know that the military is the #1 source of them, yet not one single program done? Come on! They have military already inside the WH, and it would be so easy to put one together. But again, the military only attacks civilians and will never ever turn on its nighttime bunk buddy.

      So Mr Generals and Admirals that worked in the Pentagon, you always claimed to be victims, yet not one of you High Treaseners lowlifes, who dishonored their uniform and our country by “Early Retiring” rather then do your darn job and get this scumbag; you tell all of us you still don’t have the power or knowledge to do this?         hat i think is truly going on is bigger than this. Please bear with me as i know some of you dont believe. For over 50 years the U.S. Gov has known about the 10th planet coming in. They have shrouded it in secrecy. I Personally have been in one of their underground bunkers. It was massive!!! Folks they KNOW when its ETA is to the wire, and they know it will cause Yellowstone too blow along with many other volcanoes. They know the stock market will Crash, and they know people will turn into animals as a result. Which is why they have all those rounds bought btw. Now just announced : They are going too make it so you cant buy the most popular type of Ammo! Then once they get that passed by ( Executive Order no. 1000000000, they will take all the rest of the ammo and make it illegal for u too buy it!!!!     What is truly scary and sad is we have come to a point in this country where this obvious treason has to have special commentary. The ongoing destruction of the USA is the biggest con job ever perpetrated.

    We are watching the dismantling of our great nation happen before our very eyes and it seems that all many of us can do is wring our hands and hurumph! about it.
    The concentration camps are not here yet, but you can very well see that the line in the sand just continues to move. That’s it Obama, cross this line and we’ll do something to stop you…uh, OK, cross this line and we’ll do something to stop you, uh, OK cross THIS line…
    Haven’t we all scratched our heads wondering how Hitler could get away with his madness? We are seeing the same formula playing out right now. A domestic terrorist is one who relies on the Constitution! How effing absurd is that?
    The freedom we once enjoyed in this country is fast becoming nostalgia. Part of the destruction hinges on providing legal status to ILLEGAL — get it? — ILLEGAL aliens that not only don’t belong here, but are being used to dilute our national heritage.       Inthe end our Creator will step in and take care of the whole lot of them!!! In the meantime we all have too ask ourselves what will we do when it gets bad. Being prior military its easy too say lets kick … , but we dont know what tomorrow will bring. If the Illegal troops move into our areas before we are ready too repel then we will lose. I think Anonymous has it right down below. town too town county to county is how we will fight it. I cant believe how bad its gotten. Unbelieveable!!
