DPR militia are closing the ring in around Debaltsevo, Basurin reported.
Ring of DPR militia forces around Debaltsevo actually narrowed to the borders of the village, the deputy commander of the militia headquarters Eduard Basurin said.
Active clashes took place near the villages of Debaltsevo, Chernukhino and Kalinovka , Basurin said. According to him, in the early afternoon militia released Kalinovka adjacent to the west side of Debaltsevo.
