Obama Defies Judge’s Orders, Implementing Amnesty Anyway!

As you know, this past week Federal Judge Andrew Hanen issued an injunction against the Obama administration demanding that the President’s amnesty program be halted immediately.
Well, guess what: The Obama administration is disregarding the order and moving full steam ahead anyway!
That’s correct. Right now the Department of Homeland Security is moving as fast as possible to lock down contracts with companies to process illegal aliens’ amnesty applications against the judge’s orders.
This Federal District Judge ordered that the Obama administration halt working on “any and all aspects or phases” of the President’s amnesty directive. Hiring contractors falls under this injunction. That means that what the administration is doing is ILLEGAL! Instead of obeying the injunction, DHS is scrambling to hire literally hundreds of companies to handle the amnesty applications.
This is illegal and proves that the President and his deputies literally do not care about our Constitution! They have disregarded Congress’ authority to make law and now they are disregarding the Judicial System’s authority to interpret the law!
This is impeachable! Demand that Congress stop this lawless President once and for all!
Think about this for a second. Have you ever heard of such a lawless and defiant Presidential administration?
I don’t know if there are any prior Presidents to compare Mr. Obama to. Yes, I am going to start referring to him as Mr. Obama because in order to be President, you need to respect the rule of law, the Constitution, and the separation of powers within it.
Earlier this week, former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani made waves when he declared that Barack Obama “doesn’t love America.”
It’s hard to believe that the President loves the United States of America, and the Constitution that founded it, when literally EVERYTHING he does is unconstitutional.
If the President loved this country, he would force those within his administration to obey Judge Hanen’s ruling, regardless of how much he disagrees with it.
Instead, the Department of Homeland Security is moving as fast as possible to implement the amnesty program.
On top of that, Border Patrol agents are also being instructed to enforce immigration law according to Obama’s revised statutes, something that the Judge specifically ordered an end to.
This isn’t conjecture… this is happening right now. Bureaucrats throughout the administration are defying this Judge’s orders and working on implementing the President’s amnesty program anyway.
Meanwhile, we have Republicans that want to surrender to Obama’s amnesty program assuming that this Judge’s orders are enough to stop it.
Here’s a newsflash: the President couldn’t care less about what some judge in Texas decides. He is going to start illegally handing out benefits to illegals regardless of whether he wins in court.
We received tons of emails from people telling us to let the judicial system do its job and give up on defunding Obama’s amnesty.
Not a chance!
If we give up now, then it is over. Once Obama starts handing out entitlements to these illegal aliens, then there is no turning back. As Judge Hanen wrote in his decision, it would be impossible to put the genie back in the bottle.
I know you’re probably tired of hearing about Obama’s amnesty program every day, but this is a game changer. Having administration officials defy a judge's orders is a game changer!
The Obama administration just got caught violating a judge’s injunction. On Monday, the Justice Department will officially file the beginning of its appeal.
Anyone who suggests that the Judicial System can be trusted to stop this is a liar. The only branch of government with the Constitutional authority to STOP this Imperial President is Congress.
This is impeachable! Directly violating a Judge’s orders and unconstitutionally altering immigration law is impeachable!

The real question is what are the 26 states willing and ready to do to enforce the Federal Judge’s ruling??
Will Texas invoke its sovereign authority which is granted to it under the X amendment by shutting down all federal agencies that are disobeying the judge’s ruling?…
