(Before It's News)

Dude! She's Not NORML.

Dude! She’s Not NORML.

Not Debbie Wasserman-Schultz’s campaign theme song:

OK, OK, there’s nothing blunt here except Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz political edge. It’s hilarious watching the Dems get off on smoking one of their own. She’s contemplating a run for The US Senate, and what a long, strange trip it’s already been. Her negative publicity vibes had her totally bummed out and seeking media rehab. Her past opposition to medical marijuana in The Sunshine State was coming back to haunt her as she apparently failed to handle that issue with appropriate THC. Here’s the dope-deal where she really started breaking bad.

The proposal to Orlando trial lawyer John Morgan was straightforward: retract critical statements he made to a reporter in return for Wasserman Schultz publicly backing his cannabis initiative that she had trashed just months earlier. Morgan declined the offer with a sharp email reply sent to a go-between, who described the congresswoman as being in a “tizzy.” “No,” Morgan responded. “She is a bully. I beat bullies up for a living.”

Now Debbie’s roughing penalty against the QB of The Green-Bud Packers may or may not cause her bid to be Florida’s next Senator to get munched faster than a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos left on the table at a MORML get together. However, just reading about it makes for High Times. Here’s what could make the whole thing go to pot for Darling Debbie.

“She’s voted repeatedly to send terminally ill patients to prison. And we’re certainly going to make sure Floridians know that — not to mince words,” said Bill Piper, national affairs director with the Washington-based Drug Policy Alliance, which has received funding from liberal luminaries such as George Soros. “This issue is evolving very quickly, and hopefully she will evolve,” Piper said. “But if she doesn’t, you can expect medical marijuana patients and supporters to dog her on the campaign trail.”

OK, I’ll pass it on to the left before I boot. I can’t hold it in much longer – my disdain that is. When it comes to Debbie Wasserman-Schultz; we’re not exactly dealing with Heisenberg here. Getting anyone outside of her gerrymandered district to elect her to anything more important than Dog-catcher will probably require more than just mere drain bamage. So I hope she doesn’t get stoned too badly during the Democratic Primary. The Florida GOP couldn’t ask for a better opponent- even if they rolled their own. From a tactical standpoint, I’d hate to see a valuable opportunity for the GOP go up in smoke.
