David Letterman Recounts Marine’s Injuries at the Hands of Muslim Jihadists & Leaves Audience Speechless

I’m left with such mixed-emotions after seeing something like this (this soldier’s appearence on “The David Letterman Show”), on the one hand, you just get so much a sense of inspiration and hope at this young man going through what he has in defense of our country; yet on the other hand, you have to look at the purpose for which he has endured this, with the U.S., (this once ‘great nation’), having invaded Iraq under false pretenses, & the way our leaders, our government, have ‘lied’ to us in order to manipulate public opinion so greatly that any degree of ‘trust’ left in what they (“we”?) are doing, is dangling by a thread any more – & that the real reason for the Iraq and Afghany wars are pretty much for nothing more than to strengthen the military industrial complex and for oil and/or other natural resources, & “not” for humanitarian purposes at all… Yeah. Mixed emotions /
