Obama is Giving Illegal Alien Criminals Social Security Benefits
Fellow American,
All your life, you paid into Social Security. When you reach the retirement age (if you haven’t already) you’ll get that money back in the form of Social Security payments.
Well, the Obama administration is moving forward with its plan to allow illegal aliens to qualify for Social Security as well!
How? Well, in order to skirt our laws, many illegal aliens steal Americans’ identities to illegally work in this country. There is no arguing that this is a felony.
According to a recent audit, it was revealed there are more than 6,500,000 Social Security numbers over the age of 112 years old with no death records listed in the database. Even though there are only a few hundred people living in the United States who are that old, employers have made thousands of E-Verify inquiries since Obama took office on Social Security Numbers for individuals born before 1901.
Illegal aliens steal these social security numbers (among others) and use them to illegally work in the country. Not only that, but they use these stolen identities to rack up millions of dollars in credit card debt, ruining the lives of Americans unaware their identities have been compromised. Identity theft and fraud are Federal crimes and carry mandatory prison sentences.
But here’s the real kicker: U.S. Attorneys aren’t prosecuting these criminals. The administration won’t let them. Not only have they entered the country illegally but they also committed identity theft… and prosecutors refuse to touch them.
Instead, the Obama administration wants to take the Social Security taxes paid by these identity thieves and apply it after Obama gives them amnesty.
They broke the law, stole Americans’ identities, and now the President wants to open up an already bankrupt Social Security program to illegal aliens!
The Congressional Research Service conducted its investigation and found that “under President Obama’s rule, illegal immigrants will be eligible for Social Security payments — and they’ll be credited for the time they’ve been working illegally, in some cases.”
This identity theft is happening all across the country. Here’s just one example. A Social Security Numberholder born in 1886 filed a “life claim” at the age of 67. Between 1956 and 2007, that Social Security Number lay inactive. Then, in 2008, the SSN became active again and started earning tens of thousands of dollars of income in Arizona.
Another Social Security Numberholder, who born in 1896, filed a life claim in 1958 at the age of 62. For half a century, this Social Security Number lay dormant. Then, in 2007, this 111 year-old American apparently got a job in South Carolina and started earning $28,000/year.
Liberals say there’s nothing to see here. They would have you believe that these individuals simply decided to rejoin the work force at the ages of 122 and 111. As far as the Left is concerned, these Supercentenarians (someone older than 110) simply got a ‘second-wind.’
These are just two of the thousands of identities that have been stolen by illegal aliens. Both illegal aliens who stole these deceased Americans’ identities were caught by law-enforcement. But in both cases, the U.S. Attorneys in Arizona and South Carolina let them go and simply refused to prosecute. This is what law enforcement looks like under the Obama administration…
Why? Because these illegal aliens are, according to the White House, “Americans in Waiting.” Yes… that is actually what the White House has started calling illegal aliens.
What is happening to this country I love? Instead of throwing these criminals behind bars or even deporting them, the Obama administration actually wants to allow the taxes paid under stolen identities to apply for amnestied illegals seeking benefits.
They stole Americans identities, broke countless laws while working in this country, and now the President is going to let them receive Social Security benefits.
This is on top of the revelation that the IRS is going to allow illegal aliens to claim tens of thousands of dollars worth of tax-credits by going three years back.
When Boehner and McConnell caved in and passed a clean DHS funding bill, they promised that they would separately deal with Obama’s amnesty. Well… It’s been two weeks and still nothing.
Meanwhile, the administration could be just days away from having the injunction lifted and processing amnesty applications. The DOJ just filed an emergency appeal to have Judge Hanen’s injunction against Obama’s amnesty bureaucracy lifted.
We are running out of time. By next week, hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens could be on the path to amnesty and receiving YOUR hard earned benefits!
