My brain or possible jail?

i am an epileptic living in N.E Texas- a decidedly NOT progressive state. If medical legalization is left to the states, I will never be able to obtain it. I cannot afford to relocate as I am on disability as is my husband with c.p. Who is going blind and is legally so now. Sounds like a bad joke. We are under 65 and have no hope for decent help with his growing disabilities or legally stopping my brain damage. Should we give up,die, and get out of the way? Serious question I assure you
