ISIL’s use of Chlorine gas in explosive devices was reported to the international community months before. However nobody took any action about the use of a prohibited substance by the terrorist group in Iraq despite the announcements by the government of the semi-autonomous Kurdistan region that the terrorists have used chemical materials against the Peshmerga fighters. The same toxic substance was used against the Iraqi forces and popular-mobilization units in Tikrit.
