The state Supreme Court declined to issue an opinion on a proposed state law linking a person's voting domicile and the state's motor vehicle laws.
House Bill 112, which the House passed but tabled until the court's opinion, would say when a person establishes a voting address, it would be the same for his or her driver's license or vehicle registration.
