Six freed after being questioned over Syria-related terrorism offences | 18 April 2015 | Six people arrested by counter-terrorism police have been released without charge. A 21-year-old man was arrested at Birmingham airport and two women and two men aged between 22 and 47 were held at Manchester airport…Greater Manchester police said they had been arrested on suspicion of commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism under the Terrorism Act 2000. The force said on Saturday that all six have been released without charge.
