Fellow Conservative
It’s no secret that the Department of Homeland Security has continued to process amnesty applications, ignoring a lawful court order issued by Federal Judge Andrew Hanen.
But you’ll never believe the excuse that the administration is giving. They’re blaming a “computer glitch” for why they gave amnesty to over 2,000 illegal aliens.
And do you know what the government’s solution is? They are begging these 2,000 illegal immigrants to tear up their papers and give up their amnesty. Like that will ever happen…
They’re powerless to do anything about it. They unlawfully legalized 2,000 illegal aliens and now they say there’s nothing they can do about it. This comes on top of the 100,000 amnesty applications they approved before the injunction and ‘forgot’ to mention to Judge Hanen.
That’s unacceptable. What the Obama administration did is illegal and a violation of the Constitution’s separation of powers.
So, now it is time to get Congress involved. The Obama administration had no right to hand out amnesty to these people!
Demand that Congress step in and STOP the Obama administration from illegally handing out amnesty!
It’s really simple. Right now there are 2,000 illegal aliens – people who broke our immigration laws and continue to break our laws by remaining in the country – who now have been legalized. We have no idea who these people are or what their backgrounds are.
A Federal Judge blocked the Obama administration from handing out amnesty and Homeland Security did it anyway. Now, the government claims it is powerless to do anything about it.
This requires an act of Congress. Not only does the Obama administration need to be prevented from processing any more amnesty applications, but Congress needs to retroactively invalidate the amnesty paperwork the government just unlawfully and unconstitutionally approved for 100,000+ illegal aliens.
The administration is claiming that 100,000 of these approved applications were a “misunderstanding” and that the other processed paperwork was due to a “computer glitch.”
Benjamin Franklin famously said that “he that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else.” It’s almost as if Franklin was talking about the Obama administration…
It is up to you, a Defender of the Republic, to force Congress to enforce the Constitution’s separation of powers and put a stop to this lawlessness once and for all!
Sincerely,
Joe Otto
