(Before It's News)

A man was videoed offering to buy and sell votes – for £30

Elections are rarely a money-spinnner for anyone involved – but this guy seems to reckon there’s cash to be had.

An angry voter posted this clip on Youtube earlier today of a man ‘in the Manchester area’ apparently ‘buying and selling votes’ outside a polling station.

Asked by the baffled woman what he was doing, he says: “Buying and selling votes. £30,” he says, and then mumbles something about Ukip.

The increasingly angry woman – who gives her name as Sarah Evans online – tells him he’s breaking the law and that she will call the police, but it doesn’t put him off.

“I don’t care. Do what you will,” he replies.

“You’re freaking out the punters.”

It is difficult to tell from the footage whereabouts in Manchester he was – or whether he actually meant it.

According to the woman who posted it, one passer by did call the police.
