Unintended consequence of pharma-fascism: Vaccine law will force kids out of schools – Marin, California | 03 May 2015 | Senate Bill 277 has already passed in several committees and is quickly making its way through the legislative process on its way to becoming a law. This bill eliminates the exemption from immunization based upon personal and religious beliefs and will prevent children who are not fully vaccinated from enrolling in any public or private school. When children are denied their right to a free, public school education as provided under the state constitution, many parents will feel they have no choice except to begin homeschooling in order to avoid the requirements of SB 277…Some Marin schools would lose upwards of 20 to 50 percent of their students thereby putting teachers' jobs at risk of being eliminated.
