Why? If all white people should go to jail for saying the word nigger so should all black people as well. If this slang term for blacks is so vile it needs to be outlawed from ever uttering the word, black people, who use this term, should go into the same jail. That way, the use of the word would NOT be discriminatory. While the “word police” are at it, they can jail all those people, regardless of race, who use the words wetbacks, beaners, dagos, wops, ragheads, etc… Of course the Federal Government, as well as all State and Local Governments will need to increase their budgets in order to accommodate all of the new “criminals” who can’t control their tongues. It’s only fair.
