I.R.S. Illegally Destroyed Evidence Report Shows

In the video below, Fox News informs us they got their hands on an internal government document that freely admitted the I.R.S. targeted Obama’s political opposition, and the document also quotes a Chief Technical Officer who said he was “blown away” that the I.R.S. deleted ALL the backups AFTER they were specifically ordered by Congress to preserve them. They didn’t just delete them either. They deleted them, AND they ran the backups through some type of magnetic field to ensure nothing could be recovered.
After 6+ years of watching the Emperor-In-Chief operate, if you have ANY doubts about whether this was Obama’s doing, they I’ll presume your IQ is lower than the number of years Obama has held the office. Period. Even IF we put aside the heinous act of what the I.R.S. did contrary to Congress’ orders, I am still dumbfounded no one has brought up the felony of election fraud.
I’ve been trying to figure this one out for a while, and I’ve opined on it in quite a few of my posts. How has no one been prosecuted for this yet? The election was stolen. Period. Obama didn’t even come CLOSE to winning as far as I’m concerned. Let’s start with the bare basics and just facts, NO speculation:
The following is the United States Federal Statute regarding Coercion of Political Activity and the punishments associated:
18 U.S.C.§610 Coercion of Political Activity:
It shall be unlawful for any person to intimidate (UH, HELLO! WHAT DO YOU THINK THE I.R.S. WAS DOING?) threaten, command, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, command, or coerce, any employee of the Federal Government as defined in section 7322(1) of title 5, United States Code, to engage in, or not to engage in, any political activity, including, but not limited to, voting or refusing to vote for any candidate or measure in any election, making or refusing to make any political contribution, or working or refusing to work on behalf of any candidate. Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title or IMPRISONED not more than THREE YEARS, or both.
Ok, I’m no tax lawyer, but that seems pretty cut and dry. The I.R.S. was used as a WEAPON, to keep hundreds of millions of dollars on the sideline and out of the race so Obama could eek by. Without the I.R.S. scandal, we can be almost sure we have no second term Barry. I just pulled that federal code quickly, and I’m certainly no prosecutor either, but even if I do have the wrong code section specified, there is NO DOUBT that what the IRS did with the full knowledge and authorization of the administration is CRIMINAL!
Don’t tell me Obama didn’t know either. Some mental health professionals have openly questioned Obama’s mental stability, while others have said Obama Exhibits Antisocial & Narcissistic Disorders. Don’t even TRY to tell me he didn’t know. The narcissist in him would never tolerate secrets being kept from him. After all, he’s the smartest man to ever be President remember? Give me a break.

In October of 2012, just before the election, we heard miraculous unemployment reports that made it sound like the economy was turning around. Hundreds of thousands of jobs were supposedly created. Happy days were here again. “Bravo Obama,” said the adoring mainstream media. It was the biggest one month jobs increase ever.
But I smelled a rat. I warned again and again in the media that “the books were cooked.” I screamed this was pure fraud and the voters were being scammed. I accused Obama and his friends in the government employees union of fixing the election. Democrats and the mainstream media (I know, I repeat myself) called those charges “preposterous.” They said it was impossible to fake jobs reports.
Surprise, surprise, guess who was right? It turns out government employees faked the jobs reports to re-elect Obama. They wanted the man who protects their bloated salaries, obscene pensions, and corrupt unions, to be re-elected. They would stop at nothing to keep the gravy train rolling, so they made up reports about job increases out of thin air.
The entire election was pure fraud. Based on fantasy. Americans walked into the voting booths hearing fresh news that indicated the economy was improving and jobs were dramatically increasing. It was all fake. The numbers were made up out of thin air by pro-Obama government employees. The voters of America made their final decisions based on pure fraud.
Worse this fraud endangered our entire economy. The Federal Reserve bases billion dollar decisions, like interest rate hikes and quantitative easing, on jobs reports. If those job increases don’t actually exist, the Fed is moving in the wrong direction. Crimes were committed that falsely elected a President and could cause billion dollar damages for years to come to the U.S. economy.
But wait, that’s only the latest reported fraud that stole the election.
Even before the election Obama knew that tens of millions of Americans would lose their health insurance. Yet he knowingly committed fraud by personally lying to the American people. Not once, but repeatedly. He didn’t just tell intentional lies to pass Obamacare, he told those same lies during his re-election campaign to deceive the American voters and get reelected.
Did Obama commit intentional fraud? Without a doubt. His own administration internal estimates were that MOST Americans covered by employer plans would lose their insurance. Obama’s own projections show that 80 percent of small businesses were doomed to lose their insurance.

Therefore, The IRS is a criminal organization which must be eradicated.
The ir s is a Porto Rico trust not a federal agency. Their jurisdiction limited to DC, Porto Roco, Guam, and some islands not the 50 states.
