The American politician has been ignoring the sage advice of the Founders for over 100 years, and we are just now beginning to understand the ramifications of our politicians’ folly. Anyone ascribing to the Great Rule, the Monroe Doctrine or the edict to steer clear of entangling alliances has been mocked for their isolationist perspective. The world is a complex, integrated place the politicians tell us. The so-called isolationist, they explain, is blind to the fact that the world is interconnected at every level, and to adhere to an outdated 17th Century edict would be disastrous for our modern era. In other words, times have changed, and the Founding Fathers did not have the vision to even begin to comprehend the complexities and the interconnectivity of a high-tech generation. After all, the Founders were of the agrarian variety thereby lacking any real sophistication for our modern times.
Washington’s Great Rule was simple – no entangling alliances, control our own destiny, and stay out of foreign wars – or as John Quincy Adams put it, we don’t go “abroad in search of monsters to destroy”; otherwise our maxim will turn from “liberty to force.”
The Great Rule culminated in the Monroe Doctrine which enunciated very succinctly to the rest of the world that we will stay out of your political affairs but you need to stay out of our hemisphere. Today, however, we have been told that this philosophy is wrong; that it not only ignores reality but it is dangerous as well. After all, if we are not policing the entire world, the world will fall to evil madmen. They tell us that we are a world community now, and we are not the same world that existed during the time of the Founding Fathers.
Whether or not you have bought into this thinking is irrelevant since the facts easily prove that it is nothing but pure folly. Over the last 100 years of abandonment of the Great Rule, here is what we have seen – unprecedented death and destruction from war; and unprecedented financial disasters which are now approaching epic proportions.
The feeble-minded politicians assured us that World War I would be the “war to end all wars.” One hundred years later, nearly 120 million people have been killed in their “necessary” wars, and we are now facing another nuclear world war that will result in the killing of BILLIONS. According to Bill Jones, with Executive Intelligence Review, “A potential military confrontation between Kiev and Moscow over the turmoil in Ukraine could drag world’s nuclear powers into a war.”
It has been the interventionist policies of the real madmen in the White House and the Pentagon that have brought us to this point. These madmen deceived the American public. The truth of the matter is the American public did NOT want to be involved in Europe’s world wars. It took deception and manipulation by these madmen to change the opinion of the American public. Yet, once again, we are staring down the barrel of a nuclear warhead with the possibility of another world war as a result of our interventionist policies.
For the first time since the interventionists took over, the American people are beginning to understand the folly of our world’s financial interdependency. Russia has threatened to crash the dollar by defaulting on their debt and setting off what would be the equivalent of a “nuclear financial bomb” in our financial markets.
According to SCG News, “The effects of a coordinated bond sell off by China and Russia would be earth shattering. This would be the financial equivalent of a nuclear bomb being dropped. It is no exaggeration to say that such a move would mark the end of an era.” Experts are confirming that this is a REAL probability.
Again, this threat to our financial lives has been the direct result of our interventionist policies. We ignored Washington’s sage advice, and we lost COMPLETE control of our destiny through the folly of these interventionist madmen. We need to STOP meddling in the affairs of other nations. We need to withdraw and come back to our own borders, cut all entangling alliances, and focus on our problems here at home! We are smart enough and creative enough to solve our own energy problems with our own resources. We need to STOP buying into the interventionist policies of the madmen at the White House and the Pentagon before it is too late. We have become so entangled in the affairs of other nations that these nations can pull us in directions that we would not go otherwise. The two nuclear threats discussed here are NOT my opinions – they are REAL THREATS to life as we know it. WAKE UP AMERICA!
