Sarah Palin is garnering backlash for comments she made about President Obama not “calling off the dogs.” The former vice presidential candidate was chastising Obama for his lack of public support for police officers across the country in the wake of the recent rash of police shootings. Some feel Palin was calling Black Lives Matter activists “dogs.”
During a rally against President Obama’s highly controversial Iran deal, Sarah Palin received loud cheers from the enormous crowd when heralding the efforts of police officers and first responders across the country. Palin also deemed Obama a divider and and noted that Donald Trump would be a unifier, the Daily Mail reports.
“Since our president won’t say it,since he still hasn’t called off the dogs, we’ll say it: Police officers and first-responders all across this great land, we got your back! We salute you! Thank you, police officers,” Palin said during the event. Click here to read more about the Sarah Palin ‘call off the dogs’ Black Lives Matter debate.
