“Bellone The Borrower’s budget will implode due to another overestimation of sales tax revenue, the use of one-shot fiscal gimmicks and, of course, the sweetheart deal he gave to police unions that will result in some police union members getting salaries of over $227,000. Mr. Bellone got the union’s donations and taxpayers will get the bill.”
