  • Considering that Blacks IQ’s are 20-30% lower than Whites, their vote should be 70% of what Whites votes are. Maybe, better yet, those with IQ’s that are not in the triple digits, should not be allowed to vote. Then probably 90% of Blacks would not be allowed to vote. Going a step further, make wanna be politicians be required to have an IQ over 130 points. That alone would eliminate over 90% of the duds that are taking up space now. Then maybe a legitimate government could be put in place.
