CNN Reporter Hammers Josh Earnest About Troops “Not In Combat” In Syria and Iraq (Video)

The first video below is a textbook example of Obama administration double speak that makes no sense to anyone except the Obama administration. When a left-wing news outlet like CNN, normally one to partake in the Obamamania Media frenzy, is the one grilling Josh Earnest on the nonsensical answers he keeps giving, does that not say just about all there is to say about how the integrity of this administration has devolved to a low never before imagined?

Josh Earnest: “I think we’ve been quite specific about what our strategy is, and we’ve showN a desire to intensify our efforts behind those elements of our strategy that have shown the most promise.”

UH… ok. Well, I have a desire to own an island in the Caribbean occupied by only myself and the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, but how well do you think that’s going to go for me Josh? As long as I’m asking questions… can you refresh my memory on that specific strategy, and then can you also refresh my memory on the parts that have shown the most promise? Last I checked, 150,000+ Russian and Iranian Troops Moved Into Syria with a Chinese Aircraft Carrier Providing Them Support. Correct me if I’m wrong, but they aren’t on out side, right Josh?

BUT IT GETS BETTER….

CNN reporter Jim Sciutto: “Uh… ok, I’d like to see if maybe we can get a moment of clarity here….”

Josh Earnest: “That’s why I’m here….”

Jim Sciutto: “Yeah I understand that, but this is a basic question here. The question the American people have is that this President, this White House, and the officials here at this White House, repeatedly, over and over again, have made it clear to the American people that there will be no role for U.S. troops fighting ISIS, and now that appears to be changing, with what you now say are 50 more troops going over, that won’t be involved in a combat role… yet… you say you can’t rule out that they may be involved in some kind of combat operation at some point, yet just this week, your own Pentagon officials said that in Iraq, we ARE in combat… sooooo… it would be GREAT if we could have a moment of clarity and you could just acknowledge that, if you could just say this mission is changing, it is not what it was told to us it was going to be at the onset… and…”

He says the administration and Josh Earnest are doing nothing more than protecting a POLITICAL strategy, not protecting the men and women on the ground. Furthermore, defense officials at the Pentagon say that it’s a “Plain Fact” that the US will end up in combat in Syria,.
