One of the JLENS blimps that has been floating over Aberdeen Proving Ground has broken free of the cable that connected it to the ground, NORAD has confirmed.

“The blimp from @USAGAPG has come off its tether,” the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company tweeted shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday. “If you see it on the ground, call 911.”
