Israeli forces have shot dead a 13-year-old Palestinian at a refugee camp in the occupied West Bank. Abdel Rahman Abdullah was shot in the chest near the city of Bethlehem. Abdullah is the second teenage Palestinian killed by Israel in the West Bank since yesterday. On Sunday, Israeli soldiers shot dead 18-year-old Huzeifa Othman Suleiman in the city of Tulkarm. Monday’s death brings to four the number of Palestinians killed by Israelis since Saturday. Hundreds of Palestinians have also been injured amid rising tension in the West Bank.
Israeli forces teargas Palestinian protesters in West Bank
Israeli forces have fired tear gas at Palestinian protesters who were outraged over the killing of a teen by Israel in the occupied West Bank. The clashes took place in the city of Bethlehem where 13-year-old boy Abdel-Rahman Abeidallah was gunned down by Israeli troops. Abeidallah’s death brings to four the number of Palestinians killed by Israelis since Saturday. Hundreds of Palestinians have also been injured. Violence in the Israeli-occupied West Bank and Jerusalem al-Quds has intensified in the past few weeks.
