David Vitter (R-LA) 84% is about fifteen thousand votes up on Scott Angele; the GOP/Dem breakdown of the vote looks to be about 60/40, with John Bel Edwards bringing in 38%. That’s… not going to be enough for an upset in the runoff, unless there’s a supernova of a revelation between now and Election Day.
