Five Syrians With Fake Passports Headed For the US Detained In Honduras
In the category of being scared of “widows and orphans“, we have this interesting development:
Authorities in Honduras say they have arrested five Syrian nationals who were attempting to travel to the United States using stolen Greek passports, according to Reuters.
Authorities said there was no apparent indication the Syrians were among suspects linked to last week’s attacks in Paris, the news outlet reported.
Debate has raged since the Friday attacks over whether terrorists may attempt to slip into the U.S., after reports that one Paris attacker may have come to Europe mixed in with Syrian refugees.
A French official said that a passport found near a Paris suspect’s body and had passed through Greece border controls was probably stolen, The New York Times reported.

The police have arrested three (3) men, who tried to enter the country on Saturday; November 14th, using false documents.
The men in custody are believed to be nationals of Syria who arrived at the Princess Juliana International Airport around 7:30 pm on an Insel Air flight originating from Haiti. They were soon after held by airport immigration after it was discovered that the travel documents they presented were false.
