Kiev is no pulling military assets back to the contact line. US pushing agenda to start WWIII with troops in Syria. Congress has not authorized Obama to send troops into Syria and it has been a year now since the invasion had begun. The Russian plane crash was not brought down by a missile or the IS, most likely it was a bomb on the plane. The message is from the US and coalition forces to Russia, back off Syria.
