After an interminable kid table debate that started late, ran over, and served no discernible point, the main candidates are ready to take the stage. Cruz will be closer to the center than ever, and will probably expect to receive more fire than ever. Ben Carson, for the first time, will probably be poorly served by being ignored, as he largely has been in previous debates. Everyone except Trump has something to prove tonight.
