(Before It's News)

On September 4, 2014, my best friend, poor. Hispanic, Steven Crain was falsely arrested on false charges brought by an over zealous, pompous, egotistical, self-righteous, arrogant, conniving, unethical, State of Nevada Officer Michael David VanDyke.

While awaiting court hearings/trial, Steven Crain was unlawfully incarcerated in Clark County Detention Center from September 4, 2014 – July 1, 2015, and then placed on house arrest/ankle monitor from July 1, 2015 until November 6, 2015.

On the morning of November 6, 2015, which was supposed to be the start of the trial, the Clark County District Attorney’s told Clark County District Court Chief Judge David Barker that they (D. A.) is dismissing the charges against Steven Crain, since the D. A. realized they didn’t have a case against Steven Crain.  Chief Judge Barker dismissed the case.  Clark County District Court Case No. 14-C-301073.

Additionally, because of the unlawful incarceration, it was heart-breaking for Steven to be away from his daughter and their 3 Chihuahuas, for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, their birthdays, and every other day.

Steven Crain is now seeking an attorney who is willing to represent him (Steven) is a civil rights lawsuit, Steven wishes to file.  The Defendants would be the Clark County District Attorney’s office, Clark County District Attorney Steven Wolfson, various Clark County Deputy District Attorneys (that handled this case), the Nevada Attorney General’s office, Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt, Southern Nevada Parole & Probation Officer Michael David VanDyke, Southern Nevada Parole & Probation Sergeant  Shawn Eckert, Nevada Parole & Probation, Nevada Department of Protective Services Lieutenant Leslie “Jack” “Peeler,  Alyson Shainker – RedRock Rsychology), et. al.

The Causes of Action are false arrest, unlawful incarceration, NRS 179.200, 42 USC 14141, 42 USC 1983, 18 USC 241, 18 USC 1513, malicious prosecution, loss of earnings from job loss, harassment, infliction of emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress, danger to Steven’s health, life, and safety while wrongfully jailed, attorney’s fees (money he had to beg to borrow in order to pay attorney), etc.
