Not by Obama per se but by his disappointing sell-out State Department spokesman John Kirby!

It is not different than the Obama White House reaction to any international crisis whether it be ISIS, Iran nukes, Russian incursions into US airspace, Syria crossing an arbitrary redline or China effectively taking over the South China Sea!

You can change the date and name of the bad actor but the basics of the content and empty rhetoric never changes! A fact that our enemies are very well aware of and our allies too!

North Korea Reportedly Tests a Hydrogen Bomb

State Department spokesman John Kirby: “While we cannot confirm these claims at this time, we condemn any violation of U.N. Security Council Resolutions and again call on North Korea to abide by its international obligations and commitments … We will continue to protect and defend our allies in the region, including the Republic of Korea, and will respond appropriately to any and all North Korean provocations.”
