NSA Actually Has Program “SKYNET” — It Might Be Labeling Innocent People Terrorists
The article below shines the spotlight on an issue that has died down quite a bit since this past summer’s “Operation Jade Helm” exercises finished up, but in light of the conspiracy theories swirling around about the mischief Obama has been up to, this is a perfect time to revisit fears concerning the government’s artificial intelligence program known as “SkyNet.”
After all, some people probably find it alarming that Obama’s Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, has been Creating a Gestapo To Target Americans With “Anti-Government Views,” and has said You Could Be Labeled a Terrorist For Speaking Out Against the DOJ (Videos), and yet the same Loretta Lynch is somehow at the Top of Obama’s Short List of Potential SCOTUS Nominees To Replace Justice Scalia. How is that humanly possible?
As for “SKYNET,” for those who took the time to really dig deep into the Jade Helm Operation this past summer, something that kept appearing everywhere you looked was that the operational goal of Jade Helm was, “To Master the Human Domain.” Those were the buzzwords all summer: “Mastering the Human Domain.” What exactly do they mean anyway?

In the first video below, Lee Ann from Infowars explains how “Operation Jade Helm” was far more than a simple military exercise. If you understood the technology involved in the operation, you know that “Jade Helm” was actually the U.S. government’s artificial intelligence program that uses Geospatial Intelligence mapping to make its strategic decisions. In military terminology, “the human domain,” or “human domain analytics,” refers to anything dealing with people. The battlefield of the future is not going to be between nation states, but rather there is literally a war taking place right now for people’s minds.
The future is going to be about “Total Information Awareness.” He that controls information, controls. Right now, the masses are losing that war in a bad way, because the mainstream media has withheld telling the truth for so long, today when actual truth is revealed, it sounds so foreign to most people it’s more like something out of a conspiracy or science fiction movie than reality. Nothing could be further from truth, no pun intended.

In the second video below, BrewingWaves confirms much of what was learned in a previous post of mine titled, CIA and Jade Helm Surround U.S. Veterans’ Homes Thanks to Maps Provided by Bilderberg Head Peter Thiel. To briefly recap what was in that post, the “JADE” portion of the Jade Helm exercise referred to a software application the military was using that allocated manpower and equipment on-the-fly based on the program’s prior experience, prior events, and the capability of being able to “predict criminal activity.” The article below from Activist Post speaks more about the success (or lack there of) the program has with its prediction capabilities.
“Jade”is/was an artificial intelligence application that learned which tactics and personnel were most successful in which scenarios, and then built on its own knowledge base as time went on and the military exercises progressed. If you’re not already scared to pieces of what technology like that could be capable of if abused, what follows is bound to make you feel very uneasy. The artificial intelligence software that ran “Operation Jade Helm” came from a company called, “Palantir,” which is run by the head of the Bilderberg Steering Committee, Peter Thiel. Sound bad? Just wait, it gets worse. Palantir is not only run by the head of the Bilderberg Steering Committee, but it was funded by the CIA. What is not known, is whether Bilderberg Chief Peter Thiel asked the CIA to fund and build the software for Bilderberg first, or if the CIA funded and built the software, and then later asked Thiel to run it.
Either way, the CIA’s Frankenstein-like program is being run by the New World Order’s Top Henchman, using YOUR tax dollars, and its primary function is to direct the positioning of military assets. Furthermore, during Jade Helm and other “training exercises” like the ones below, the program uses American citizens as pawns.

As the article below from Activist Post mentions, the whole situation gets even more creepy when you find out the government has called the software “SKYNET.” For anyone not familiar with the Terminator movies, they are about about the futuristic conflict between what’s left of humanity and cyborgs that are made and controlled by “SKYNET,” a “self-aware super computer” that started Armageddon and may indeed end humanity for good.

When you consider how the first video mentioned the U.S. Government views the American people as the largest threat to its existence, don’t you find it very troublesome that it has this type of program, not to mention how troublesome it is that one of the hottest topics at the Bilderberg Meeting this past year was Implantable RFID chips?
Recall that the system running JADE HELM is developed by none other than Bilderberg’s Peter Thiel, named “Palantir,” and it is a self-reactive, self-adaptive, self-modeling, program for predicting military force deployment. In other words, it can predict conflicts before they happen. Now, just Imagine if that artificial intelligence knew your whereabouts every second of every day because you had an ingestible RFID chip inside you. Guess what:

The final video puts everything so far into context with details. In the following episode of Caravan to Midnight former guest host of Coast to Coast AM, John B. Wells, interviews a woman with intimate knowledge about the government’s artificial intelligence software known as “Palantir.” Personally, I found the interview re-defined what “being on the edge of your seat” meant for me. Not only is it more “far out” than your average science fiction movie, it’s real!

Skynet is real. Well, kinda. According to the latest report from Glenn Greenwald’s site The Intercept, the NSA has (or had) a secret program called Skynet. Unlike the Terminator version, which was a computer system that went rogue and attempted to annihilate humanity, the NSA’s Skynet uses metadata to try and identify people with terrorist connections. Specifically, in one recorded case, the program tracked the movements of people within Pakistan from cellphone records and raised a flag when those activities appeared to match the movements of suspected Al Qaeda couriers. By sniffing out couriers, the hope was to catch dangerous Al Qaeda leaders.
“IT’S NOT DESTROYING HUMANITY… YET”
It’s unclear if the program was successful, but its algorithms flagged high-profile Al Jazeera journalist Ahmad Muaffaq Zaidan. He has categorically denied such claims. The news network’s Islamabad bureau chief is known for having sources within Al Qaeda, and the Taliban and has interviewed key members of those groups in the past (including none other than Osama bin Laden himself). By virtue of being a journalist covering those groups, it should come as little surprise that his movements would appear suspect on the surface.
The report is based on documents released by Edward Snowden. Some of the documentation reveals the sorts of activities Skynet was watching out for. According to The Intercept, the system used data from Pakistani mobile carriers to find out, for example, “who has traveled from Peshawar to Faisalabad or Lahore (and back) in the past month.” It could also check to see who that person called after arriving at each destination, and it kept an eye out for suspicious activities like swapping SIM cards often, visiting airports, or traveling on certain days of the week.

Claire Bernish at Activist Post writes:
A recent examination of National Security Agency documents previously released by whistleblower Edward Snowden shows that the CIA and other U.S. agencies may be killing innocent people as a result of their reliance on metadata.
The NSA’s SKYNET is a program that surveils phone metadata in order to track suspected terrorists. Through SKYNET, the security agency engages in mass surveillance of Pakistan’s mobile phone network, affecting 55 million people — but that’s not all. Once the data is gathered, it’s run through a machine learning algorithm that attempts to rate whether a particular individual is more or less likely to be a terrorist.
According to Human Rights Data Analysis’ executive director Patrick Ball, the NSA’s methods are “ridiculously optimistic” and “completely bullsh**.” If Ball is correct, SKYNET’s methodology may be putting thousands of innocent lives in danger because they are being falsely identified as terrorists.
While Ball has raised many issues, one of the most important points, which NSA officials appear to be ignoring, is that the machine is only able to identify a terrorist if it has access to details pertaining to a great number of other known terrorists. According to New York Magazine, however, “there just aren’t that many known terrorists” who could be added to the machine’s list, “especially in comparison to the number of phones the NSA is monitoring in Pakistan.”
The documents made available by The Intercept show the NSA works with the data of only seven known terrorists. NSA officials reportedly feed six of the terrorists’ information into the machine, tasking SKYNET with the duty of finding the seventh in a random group of 100,000 citizens.
Ball says this system cannot work.

According to Ars Technica, there were about 120 million cellular handsets in use in Pakistan at the end of 2012. At the time, the NSA analyzed 55 million of those records. With only “80 variables on 55 million Pakistani mobile phone users, there is obviously far too much data to make sense of manually,” Ars Technica explained.
Like any other application targeting big data, SKYNET is used as a substitute for “human reason and judgment,”Ars Technica’s Christian Grothoff and J.M. Porup explain.
Similar apps, like the one used by Facebook, are prone to making major mistakes, but the consequences of Facebook’s errors are relatively innocuous. When SKYNET makes similar mistakes by wrongly identifying a terrorist, the consequences are deadly.
Ars Technica contends that the information harvested and analyzed by NSA is “likely” used by the CIA or the U.S. military, two agencies that execute “Find-Fix-Finish” strategies with the help of Predator drones or “on-the-ground death squads.”
Before feeding the information to the CIA or the military, SKYNET uses information on people’s typical daily routines to tell a story. According to the NSA documents, the Ars Technica analysis details, the “program … is based on the assumption that the behaviour of terrorists differs significantly from that of ordinary citizens” when it comes to the more than 80 different properties they use to rate people.
With terrorist organizations upping their efforts to remain undetected, it’s hard to see how SKYNET could be effective, especially after learning that Al-Jazeera’s bureau chief in Islamabad, Ahmad Zaidan, was once SKYNET’s highest rated target.
In 2014, the former director of both the CIA and NSA, Michael Hayden, proudly claimed they “kill people based on metadata.”
To Ball, the NSA has a major problem on their hands if they “are using the same records to train the model as they are using to test the model.”
Because there is such a small number of known terrorists to work with, the number of possible terrorists is not sufficiently narrowed down. Ball explains the “usual practice is to hold some of the data out of the training process so that the test includes records the model has never seen before. Without this step, their classification fit assessment is ridiculously optimistic.”
If the NSA is serious about being accurate, Ball told Ars Technica, the agency should mix the terrorists into the population set “before random selection of a subset.” But the low number of known terrorists makes this particular step hard to follow. Without a “scientifically-sound statistical analysis,” there is no accuracy.
President Barack Obama has been under heavy scrutiny for authorizing drone campaigns that result in gross mistakes, killing a great number of innocent people while targeting “confirmed terrorists.” Since 2004, there have been 401 US drone strikes in Afghanistan, alone, killing 3,058 people total. In Pakistan, hundreds, including children, have died in pursuit of a mere two dozen declared terrorists.
