Obama Changes Policy, Opens Doors to Illegals with HIV/AIDS & Diseases

One of the purposes of our legal immigration screening is to make sure that the people we are bringing into the country are not bringing diseases with them.
In an absolutely STUNNING change of policy, the Obama administration has reduced the list of inadmissible communicable diseases for legal and illegal aliens to just four: syphilis, gonorrhea, tuberculosis, and leprosy.
The list was much longer just a week ago.
That means that if an illegal alien is also caught at the border and, after a medical screening, determined to have HIV or AIDS, the Obama administration is letting them into the country anyway.
It’s just… unbelievable.
Not only is the Obama administration refusing to arrest and book who is caught crossing the border to see if they are particularly violent or have a criminal record, but now Border Patrol is being instructed to let illegals into the country with deadly diseases.
This comes on the heels of news that 60% of all dangerous illegal aliens that the federal government identifies are released into society. In 2015, Border Patrol and ICE encountered 152,393 illegal aliens that were labeled a “criminal threat.” Most of these encounters, ironically, happened in jails after the illegals were arrested for lesser crimes and they were officially identified.
Of those encountered, only 64,116 were charged and slated for deportation. That means that the Obama administration encountered almost 90,000 illegal alien CRIMINALS last year alone and just let them go without charging them.
So we have the Obama administration releasing illegal alien criminals into society and now, we have news that they’re doing the same with illegals found to be carrying deadly and dangerous diseases.
And the Democrats are up on stage at debates and town halls promising to give citizenship to these people, no question asked.
It has to stop.
The Courts won’t stop it. With a vacancy on the Supreme Court, they won’t be able to put a stop to Obama’s actions.
Only Congress can stop this. It’s just a fact.
Congress is back in session now. They are back in session, so now is the perfect opportunity to force this onto the agenda.
For goodness sake, we are talking about criminals and diseased illegal aliens being apprehended, identified, and then released into society.
This isn’t a joke. We are talking about Americans being victimized and being infected with communicable, sometimes deadly and incurable diseases. These policies are literally putting Americans’ lives at risk!
We are in the midst of another wave of illegal aliens. Tens of thousands of them are crossing a month and with these policy changes, the Obama administration has proven they literally do not care about protecting the American people from this threat.
Yes, this is a threat. If an illegal alien is discovered to be a rapist and infected with HIV/AIDS, Obama administration policy could let this person out into American society to victimize innocent people.
How many Americans need to be victimized before we stand up and force Congress to act? How many Americans need to be needlessly infected by diseased illegal aliens that the administration has welcomed into this country?
Not. One. More.
