Obama SCOTUS Appointment Will Neuter More Than Gun Rights
We all know that the very existence of the Second Amendment is in danger if Obama manages to get a Supreme Court nominee approved through a spineless GOP Senate somehow, but is it possible the Second Amendment was only a secondary reason for Obama’s attempt to stack the Supreme Court by disposing of Justice Scalia? In the first video below, YouTuber kicktroolinface certainly makes a good case for another possible motive to take out Scalia, and reports are coming in that Loretta Lynch is one of the leading candidates on Obama’s shorty list of nominees to replace him, which certainly would support kicktroolinface’s theory.

Antonin Scalia, the Supreme Court Justice and arguably the most conservative Supreme Court Justice in history, died in his sleep on Saturday at a luxury resort in West Texas under highly suspicious circumstances— Since his death just two days ago, social media has been ablaze with theories, but the vast majority suggest that the Obama administration played an important role in his untimely demise… It’s easy to see why many feel this was an assassination….
According to Guevara, Scalia told his group Friday at dinner he was not feeling well and went to his room early. He then missed breakfast and during lunch on Saturday he was found unresponsive in his bed.
Obama had never much of a fan of Scalia— after-all— Scalia was a patron for protecting the Constitution, particularly the second-amendment right to posses a firearm which Obama has been slowly chipping away at over the course of the year with numerous blatant false-flag events.
Obama’s tenure at the White House is now coming to an end— so with limited time remaining and his desperate attempts to pass through VITAL legislation on his climate change initiative being blocked in a 5-4 vote by the Supreme Court just a few days prior. Murdering the only person that stood in his way to secure a majority of Democrat-Appointed Justices does begin to sound highly plausible…

The White House press secretary Josh Earnest said in a statement that the administration disagrees with the order, but ‘we remain confident that we will prevail’ when the rule is argued on its merits…
Less than 48 hours after this statement was released, Scalia was found dead.
This is not the first time that someone who has spoken out against Obama has been found dead in suspicious circumstances. Andrew Breitbart also died of a “heart attack” after mentioning he was going to release some information about Obama before the 2012 election and Donald Young who claimed that he and Obama shared illicit gay sex-romps in Church offices, was found unresponsive in his home in 2007 after being shot multiple times— The culprit has never been found..
The biggest red-flag for me however, is that a judge has ruled that “no autopsy is required” after “U.S. Marshalls” who were called to the lodge made the “decision” that Scalia “died from natural causes”. Scalia’s remains were then discreetly driven by van overnight to an El Paso funeral home with an escort from a procession of Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers.
Since when have “U.S. Marshalls” been able to determine the cause of death? — Surely this is not standard procedure?
If the Senate confirms Obama’s choice to replace Scalia then this could allow Obama to pass through any legislation he likes un-opposed, and according to Alex Jones of infowars.com in the video below — “They’re going to trump every piece of Bill of Rights and Constitution and they’re going to get that physical civil war they want.”

In the last video below, a former clerk for Antonin Scalia tells Gretta on ’On the Record’ about how he and other conservatives tried pushing a plan to block all Obama judge nominations even before the Supreme Court justice’s sudden death. Why? Because they knew any would-be Scalia successor Obama put up would be the antithesis of Justice Scalia. Under Obama, the Supreme Court has literally re-written the Constitution, which is not a power of the Judicial Branch under Article III, and something Justice Scalia fought against consistently. Scalia was vehemently opposed to judicial activism. Biography.com writes:
Justice Scalia adhered to the judicial philosophy of originalism which holds that the Constitution should be interpreted in terms of what it meant to those who ratified it over two centuries ago. This was in direct conflict with the more commonly held view that the Constitution is a “living document,” allowing courts to take into account the views of contemporary society.
In Justice Scalia’s view the Constitution was not supposed to facilitate change, but to impede change to citizens’ basic fundamental rights and responsibilities. Justice Scalia abhorred “judicial activism” and believed the place for implementing change was in the legislature, where the will of the people are represented.

The Constitution only gives one branch of government the authority to make laws, which is Congress in Article I, something Obama either has a hard time understanding, or could merely care less about. More than likely it’s the latter of the two, given Obama’s willingness to try to legislate from the Oval Office, and based on his prior two appointments to the Supreme Court who have both been active participants in legislating from the bench of the Supreme Court. Under Article II, the executive branch has no legislative authority, and under Article III the Supreme Court is a co-equal branch of government whose job is to interpret the Constitution, no more.
Given Obama’s legacy of lawlessness, it shouldn’t shock anyone that a leading contender on Obama’s short list of nominees for Scalia’s replacement is Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Being of the same liberal/progressive/communist ilk as Obama, Mrs. Lynch is another government official, much like her boss and her predecessor, who feels it is within her power to pick and chose what laws she feels like abiding by. Nowhere is that more clear than in her reluctance to indict Hillary Clinton despite a mountain of evidence approaching Everest in size.
“Politics and ideology over that which is legal and according to the rule of law.” Who better to be tossed up as a replacement nominee by Obama than a proven activist, and one that has already passed approval by a GOP Senate?

Attorney General Loretta Lynch is President Barack Obama’s likely candidate to replace the late conservative Justice Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court – and could pose a challenge for a GOP-controlled Senate seemingly intent on blocking any pick, one analyst predicts.
SCOTUSblog author Tom Goldstein writes he had earlier thought Ninth Circuit Judge Paul Watford would be at the top of Obama’s shortlist of high court candidates.
“On reflection, I think that Attorney General Loretta Lynch is more likely,” he writes. “I also think that the Republicans will eventually permit the nomination to proceed on the merits and reject it on party lines.”
Goldstein argues GOP presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas will be a key figure when the debate hits the Upper Chamber because he “will drive enormous pressure against proceeding with any nomination.”
Still, Goldstein points out, rejecting Lynch as the choice to fill the seat left by the death Saturday of the revered conservative Scalia poses a problem for Republicans on two fronts.
“Her history as a career prosecutor makes it very difficult to paint her as excessively liberal,” he writes, adding: “I think the administration would relish the prospect of Republicans either refusing to give Lynch a vote or seeming to treat her unfairly in the confirmation process. Either eventuality would motivate both black and women voters.”

then he is basically saying that he wanted to remove the bill of rights… since it changed the rights of responsibilities of citizens
If the President gets his nomination approved this country and all of us in it are his. Once he takes our guns we will be slaves to him and our freedoms will be gone. He will have a bill passed by SCOTUS that will allow him to euthanize whoever and as many as he wants and with 340 million people in this country it will be a slaughter that is unmatched at anytime in the history of the world.
