Bush, to help campaign. “Don't fall asleep when I mention the name,” Trump said, when he brought up Jeb Bush during a rally in Louisiana on Thursday…Trump said he'd refrain from saying too much until after the former president makes a statement, adding “there's plenty to say about what happened.”
