What? GOP Already Buckling on Obama’s Supreme Court Nomination!

(Before It's News)

Fellow Conservative,

It’s getting really bad out there. We’re only two days removed from Mitch McConnell’s promise to not confirm Obama’s Supreme Court nomination and there are already signs that the GOP’s “resolve” is weakening. We're getting word that establishment types are angry with McConnell for coming out against Obama so quickly and are demanding he retract his statement.

McConnell is receiving a lot of incoming, including pressure from the RINOs within his own party, just to “hear the President out.” They want McConnell to see who the President nominates, schedule a hearing, and then just let the Senate vote and see whether the nomination passes.

Are they insane?

Do you know who is at the top of the list for Obama’s nomination?

Current-Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

It takes roughly three months to vet someone for the Supreme Court position and Lynch has already gone through that process just this past year. Her nomination is appealing to the White House because the vetting process could be fast-tracked since they just did it.

She’s anti-gun, pro-amnesty, pro-executive order, she refuses to indict Hillary Clinton, and her confirmation would set us back decades on the Supreme Court.

The fact that GOP leadership would even consider voting on her is betrayal!

Don’t let Mitch McConnell cave and allow a vote on anti-gun Loretta Lynch to be Justice Scalia’s replacement! FaxBlast Congress now!

Obama has ten months left in office. If it takes 3 months to vet a Supreme Court nominee, that means that a name would be delivered to Congress sometime around May or June which is right around when Congress prepares to go on vacation and it would be just weeks before the Democratic and Republican national conventions. A confirmation vote would never happen.

The only way Obama could ever get a Supreme Court nominee through in time is if he skips the vetting process (not going to happen) or chooses someone they’ve already vetted. That leaves Loretta Lynch as the top candidate.

She is the brains behind the President’s gun control executive order. She is providing legal cover for Hillary Clinton as she races the clock on her email crimes. She has suspended almost all prosecutions of illegal aliens, in line with the President’s illegal and unconstitutional amnesty programs.

You thought Eric Holder was bad? If Loretta Lynch gets in, she would cause irreparable harm.

When Lynch was up for a confirmation vote for Attorney General, 10 Republican Senators broke rank and voted to push the nomination through.

Those ten were Senators Kelly Ayotte (NH), Orrin Hatch (UT), Lindsey Graham (SC), Susan Collins (ME), Jeff Flake (AZ), Mark Kirk (IL), Rob Portman (OH), Thad Cochran (MS), Ron Johnson (WS.) and Mitch McConnell (KY).

I put Mitch McConnell’s name in bold just so you know that last year, he also promised not to confirm Lynch.

There are more than enough turncoats in the Republican Party that will vote for Obama’s nominee because they believe it’s the right thing to do. You CANNOT let Mitch McConnell, or any of the RINOs for that matter, schedule any hearings or any votes!

Mitch McConnell is already wavering! Don’t let him give in to the Left’s demands to add another Liberal to the Supreme Court!

Justice Scalia was truly a genius. He is irreplaceable. Obviously, the seat cannot stay vacant forever. But when asked in an interview, Scalia gave a very simple answer as to what he would want:

“I would not like to be replaced by someone who immediately sets about undoing what I’ve tried to do for 25-26 years. I mean, I shouldn’t have to tell you that, unless you think I’m a fool.”

This is a man who loved the Constitution. Obama has every right to nominate a replacement. But the Senate simply cannot confirm a liberal replacement for such a Conservative icon.

You cannot allow it to happen.

Mitch McConnell and the RINOs he runs with must understand that to turn their back on conservatism now would be signing their death wish in politics.

Send your FaxBlasts now! Stop McConnell and the establishment from caving before it’s too late!

Sincerely,

Joe Otto
