This is the year of the outraged voter. Trump has managed to tap into the collective conscious of mad, angry, outraged and disappointed American voters who think they have no voice, no chance in this faltering economy and want their voices heard, and their issues addressed. They ignore the fact that Trump is one of the elite; he seems to be sympathetic to their needs and fears. And as far as jeb Bush is concerned, I can definitely understand why folks are headed to Trump: Jeb Bush has the look and attitude of a stuck up, spoiled and priviledged rich boy; somebody we all hated in grade school. Memories of underpriviledged folk are longmuckracker
And, to top that off, there was something sneaky in the way the GOP handed out debate tickets:
The audience at Saturday’s CBS News Republican presidential debate was more boisterous than unusual — booing, clapping and generally making its feelings known during several exchanges between candidates on stage in Greenville, South Carolina.
At various points, attendees seemed to favor former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), and to be very much against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and real estate mogul Donald Trump — the two candidates currently leading the race.
The way the Republican National Committee distributed the tickets may have been behind the heightened reactions. source
